Studio Responsibilities:
Class limits - Classes are limited to 6 students per class in order to meet physical distancing requirements. The studio floor is marked with tape for mats to be placed 6 feet apart. Registration in advance is required in order to guarantee your spot. If you do not register for a class and drop in, there may not be adequate space for you to stay.
Studio equipment - Studio props including mats, blocks, straps and blankets will not be available for use.
Cleaning - The studio has been cleaned and sanitized and will continue to be on a regular basis. Additional cleaning measures of high-touch surfaces will be completed after each class. Wipes, hand sanitizer and soap are available throughout the studio. There are three sinks in the area to wash hands.
Ventilation - The windows will be open before and during each class for fresh air.
Student Responsibilities:
Not feeling well? - Stay home if you are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
Come ready for class - Think “Low-touch!” Come prepared for class with your yoga clothes on. Bring your own mat and props and a full water bottle.
Masks - Masks are required to enter the building. In the studio, once you are on your mat, you may remove your mask. After class, you must put it back on to exit the studio and building.
Hand sanitation - Use of hand sanitizer provided by the studio is required upon entry into the studio and after the class. Think “Gel in/Gel out”.
Personal belongings - Shoes must be left at the door. Purses, clothes, phones, etc must be contained and distanced from other students’ belongings.
Arrival - Arrive at least 10 minutes before class so that we can check you in and to ensure that you have adequate time to get ready for the class while we respect physical distancing rules throughout the common space and in the studio.
Good manners - If you happen to sneeze or cough, please cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or the inside of your elbow, not your hand. Be considerate of others.
