Throughout the last eight years, yoga has been a tremendous part of my life. I first began practicing yoga after experiencing tremendous heartbreak. Years later, I started my first 200-hour yoga teacher training. Since then I've been building and expanding my knowledge of yoga. I am currently a full-time student at Maharishi International University in Ayurveda Wellness and Integrative Medicine. I recently completed my 500-hour yoga teacher training through the Himalayan Institute. I am then pursuing training to become a yoga therapist and a sound healing practitioner. Throughout my practice, I've participated in meditation courses and have a daily practice of Transcendental Meditation. Above all, I am a full-time mother to three wonderful kids. I believe now more than ever it is important to share this ancient practice and these modalities for the well-being of ourselves and our next generation.
