Coming into Shavasana during my first yoga class in 1997 was one of the most profound experiences of my life. The deep sense of peace and stillness started a journey to discover how to maintain that feeling off the mat as much as possible. My intention through teaching is to help nourish, heal and help find stillness of body, breath and mind. I completed my 200 hour Integral Yoga certification in March of 2005 and have been teaching ever since. I have completed courses in the teaching of Restorative, Chair, Mindful Meditation, Trauma Sensitive and yin yoga practices. I am so excited for the opportunity to teach at School House Yoga this summer.
