Resilience is defined as “an ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change.” Never before has the ability to be resilient been more important than today.
Join us for a day of self care with yoga and meditation by participating in all or just a part of the day. Registration is required by contacting Terry Seth at firstname.lastname@example.org. Each class is limited to 8 students. No previous yoga experience needed.
