Multi-Level Class - $10
For students who have some yoga experience and know basic yoga postures and breathing basics.
Yin Yoga Class - $10
Yin Yoga stretches and targets the deep connective tissues between the muscles and fascia throughout the body by doing more passive postures.
Pranayam Class - to be announced
Pranayam arises 4th in the Ashtang (8limb) Yogic Path. From Sanskrit, the literal translation is Pran (life force/energy) and ayam (restraint/control). By controlling the breath, you are able to establish control of pran. Students should have a firm foundation of both the breath and asana before attending this class.
Slow & Mindful Class - $10
This class is a gentle, mindful asana class with extra attention paid to moving with the breath, to prepare the body for meditation.
Pilates - $10
Pilates helps develop flexibility, strength and endurance. Beginners welcome.
