Multi-Level Classes - $10
For students who have some yoga experience and know basic yoga postures and breathing basics.
Pranayam Class - $15
Pranayam arises 4th in the Ashtang (8limb) Yogic Path. From Sanskrit, the literal translation is Pran (life force/energy) and ayam (restraint/control). By controlling the breath, you are able to establish control of pran. Students should have a firm foundation of both the breath and asana before attending this class.
MOGA, Mom & Baby - $10
Suitable for babies 6-weeks to pre-crawling and their mothers. You’ll connect with baby through movement, sound and songs.
Energy Medicine Yoga - $10
We use the power of energy aligned with healing principles to harness your own life force and transform your body.
Slow & Mindful Class - $10
This class is a gentle, mindful asana class with extra attention paid to moving with the breath, to prepare the body for meditation.
Yin Yoga Class - $10
Yin Yoga stretches and targets the deep connective tissues between the muscles and fascia throughout the body by doing more passive postures.
