Service Description

Slow mindful movement connects us to our breath and ourselves. It's not the movement of the Asanas that is important, it's the intention and awareness behind our movement. Connection our breath to movement allows us to create a union of mind, body and heart. In this class, we will integrate Asana with the breath, followed by pranayama and meditation, and ending the class with Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation. This is a class suitable for all levels of experience. It is offered in the studio as well as on Zoom.
