This class focuses on the fundamental postures that make up a well-rounded practice. Emphasis is placed on safe and effective alignment during poses and the transitions between poses. Students mindfully flow from one pose to the next guided by their breath. Some yoga experience is helpful. This class is offered in the studio as well as on Zoom.
