This is a class for all levels - from beginner to those who have an established practice. Melanie blends what she has learned from all her great teachers into a calming, stress-relieving practice that offers traditional yoga poses, focus on the breath, and meditation. She encourages students to be mindful of personal mind, body, and spirit awareness. The intention of the class is to distress from the week and allow for rejuvenation and introspection. All are welcome to share their light in this class!
